Cerebos Tomato Relish
300 g Sliced Roast Beef
½ cup Cherry Tomatoes
250 g Sour Cream

Reset all
Combine sour cream and 4 tbsp of tomato relish in a bowl and mix lightly. Refrigerate immediately.
Slice beef into strips and cut cherry tomatoes into wedges in preparation.
Assemble immediately prior to serving:
Wrap a single strip of beef around itself and place onto crostini. Add a dollop of the relish/sour cream mixture on top and finish with a small wedge of cherry tomato.
Place on serving platter and repeat until desired quantity is made.
Serve immediately.
If left out in warmth the mixture will go runny.
Notes
A tasty canapé that goes down a treat.
Lightly toasting the crostini is key.
Tiny crostini are cuter — works well as bite-sized.
Don't skip the cherry tomato
— it's the balancing act.
