Pizza Dough (1 ball) or Puff Pastry Sheet
200–250 g Camembert — sliced
1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast — thinly sliced or shredded
½–¾ cup Cranberries — fresh or dried
Olive Oil
Honey or Orange Zest (optional, for balance)
Salt & Pepper

Heat oven:
475°F (245°C). Preheat stone or sheet.
Stretch dough:
Lightly flour, shape into a 10–12 inch round.
Layer:
Brush with olive oil. Scatter camembert, chicken, and cranberries.
Season:
Salt, pepper; drizzle a hint of honey or sprinkle orange zest if using.
Bake:
8–12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Finish:
Rest 2 minutes, slice, serve.
Notes
Try cranberry sauce on the base
and let it caramelise, then a light sprinkle of cranberries on top.
