Notes
- A treat and high effort — not sure the time is worth it every time, but a fun novelty.
- Mold size: 2.36" × 2.36" × 1.77" (115 ml).
- Thinner pasta sheets create cleaner layers and better unmolding.
- Each cube should have 3–4 total layers due to mold height.
- Reserved ragù is ideal for plating beneath the trio.
