¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Water
½ tsp Ground Ginger
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
5 tbsp Brown Sugar
1–2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Cornstarch + ¼ cup Cold Water
Method

Reset all
Mix all ingredients
except
the cornstarch and ¼ cup cold water in a saucepan and begin heating.
Mix cornstarch and cold water in a cup until dissolved. Add to the sauce in the pan.
Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
Add water to thin if you over-thicken.
Notes
Careful not to burn
— keep an eye on it, but it's a killer sauce if reduced well.
Allow longer for larger batches.
