Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Pavlova Shards
• 1/3 cup Lightly Sweetened Whipped Cream
• 2 T Raspberry-Blackberry Coulis
• 1 Strawberry — fanned
• 1 fresh Raspberry
• 1 fresh Blackberry

Method

1. Base: Pavlova shards at the base of a glass or bowl.
2. First layer: Add a spoon of whipped cream.
3. Coulis: Drizzle with raspberry-blackberry coulis.
4. Repeat: Another layer of cream, then more coulis.
5. Finish: Top with strawberry fan, fresh raspberry, and blackberry.

Notes

• Coulis: Use the Raspberry-Blackberry Coulis recipe.
• Timing: Assemble just before serving to keep pavlova crisp.
